Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence students' intentions to become entrepreneurs. The population used in this research were STIE Galileo Batam students. The number of samples in this study was 30 people. This research was conducted using the regression method. The research results show that all variables including entrepreneurial success, risk tolerance, and the desire to be free to work have a positive and significant effect on students' motivation to become entrepreneurs. And each independent variable also has a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable. It can be concluded that each independent variable has a positive and significant influence on the motivation variable for students to become entrepreneurs
